Week 12 of 19 🏃🏻‍♀️✨ #TJY 🙏🏻

If you told me at the start of this build that I’d be feeling this strong, this deep into the block, I wouldn’t have believed you. Every single week has been a masterclass in surprising myself. 😎

Marathon training teaches you a lot about pace, fueling, and recovery but honestly, it teaches you so much more about who you are when things get tough.

Just feeling incredibly grateful today. Grateful for the miles shared with amazing people, grateful for a body that shows up for me, and deeply thankful for the version of myself I am becoming along this way.

The beautiful block continues. Next stop, week 13.
