From bright but cramped, to calm, warm and intentionally layered ☕️ We transformed this everyday family dining space & kitchen into a refined open-plan setting that feels cohesive, elevated and effortlessly inviting. By introducing a richer palette, textured linens, darker timber tones and softer lighting, the room now feels grounded, timeless and considered from every angle. The new scheme balances practicality with atmosphere, creating a dining area that not only functions beautifully for family life, but feels connected to the rest of the home in a much more luxurious and curated way. The layout of the open plan has been flipped and the kitchen has moved to the front of the home where we designed a rich and atmospheric kitchen to feel both refined and deeply functional Swipe for the before! 💛 World Menopause Day 💛 We don’t talk about it enough — the change, the shifts, the moments we stop recognising ourselves. For us, padel became more than a sport. It was laughter when we needed to cry, movement when we felt stuck, and friendship when we felt alone. It’s reminded us that strength doesn’t fade — it evolves. Padel saved us — one rally, one smile, one match at a time. And a cheeky side note… not all the women we play with are going through it 😅 — but that’s the beauty of it. Women supporting women, through every stage. 💛 #WorldMenopauseDay #MaisonPadel #PadelPower #WomenSupportingWomen #StrongAtEveryStage #MidlifeStrength #MenopauseAwareness #WomenInSport #PadelCommunity #MenopauseMatters #WomenEmpowerment #ActiveWomen #MindBodyBalance #MenopauseWellness #BreakingTheSilence #PadelLife #MoveThroughMenopause #ThisIs40Plus #StrongNotSilent #MenopauseSupport

FIT FAM this Sunday morning after @weareboxr ‘Strength’ class🙌🏼. My family and I have been going to BOXR for years, but since I’ve really been focusing on gaining strength and muscle I haven’t done a class in months. It felt amazing to get back into the black room and workout with my family. The class is perfect for those focusing on gaining muscle whilst still getting your cardio in as it’s a combination of medium weights and fast pace reps. Feeling tired as fu*k🥵😂 . . . . . . #gymgirl #weareboxr #gymfam #gymfamily #fitnessfam #fitnessfamily #gymgains #gymmotivation #fitnessmotivation #northlondon #fitnessmodel #fitnessgirl #gymgirl #fitnesstips #gymshark #gymsharkgirl #gymsharkwomen
