Accountability & Consistency Day 2 💪

Used to love the T-bar row, but ever since the linear row came into the gym, I switched over pretty quickly and haven’t looked back! 🔥💪

Putting in the work, staying consistent, and building towards the bigger picture. One session at a time.

Trying to get HUGE legs 📈🔥

Hack squats are a top-tier movement, especially when protecting my back is a priority. I used to barbell squat, but after injuring my back, I made the switch to hack squats. Sometimes you have to adapt and find what works best for you. 💪🏾

I always build up to my working weight gradually, taking my time with each warm-up set before getting into the heavy lifting.

Working weight: 160kg × 10 reps. 🎯

The goal is to hit 12 reps for both working sets before increasing the weight. Progressive overload, patience and consistency. One session at a time.

Today’s session was 🔥! I went in feeling good, and the pump was unreal. I’ve also been using the Generate + Vascularity combo from @gencoreglobal , and it’s been a great addition to my training. Nice, subtle energy without feeling overly stimulated, helping me get in the zone and push through those hard sets. 💪🏾

Now, back to the mission: BUILD THOSE LEGS! 🦵🏾📈

Accountability & Consistency — Day 1

Quad Day 🦵

1. Adductors
2. Lying Leg Curls
3. Leg Extensions
4. Leg Press
5. Hack Squats

Brutal session. My tempo was better than last week, and I added a couple more reps on both the hack squats and leg press.

P.S. Still don’t have a tripod, so the angles are a bit tricky 🤣leg extensions @bradley_bradderz was camera man for those 🙏🤣

Lifts from the week 💪🏽

It wasn’t the best week of prep, and there was a setback along the way, but I still got the work done and moved some heavy-ass weight.

One thing I’m genuinely grateful for is being able to train, push my limits and test what my body is capable of. Seeing my strength increase across the board has been a positive, and it’s something I’m looking forward to building on.

Not every week will go to plan, and that’s part of the process. The focus now is to get back on track, stay consistent and see how shredded we can get.

One week at a time. 🙏🏽

Just over 3 weeks into the pre holiday cut and we are at 85.80kg

A bit of an increase from last week but we are battling illness aswell as a car accident last week which has set us back a bit in training as well as the cold not helping us with the cravings and energy levels. We keep moving and hopefully we can get over this cold and push that last week to the max to see what we can achieve before the holiday.

@gencoreglobal are keeping us going through those early morning workouts with there supplements and ABN are providing all of our Test, 🌶️ and ancillaries to get into the best condition possible so check them both out through the link in the bio
