Fall Break in Las Vegas! It was a great couple of days. I was able to go backstage and shadow on MJ ONE, The Blue Man Group, and Absinthe. As well as tour of O. Some highlights from the trip: discovering a love for the circus, the very memorable absinthe shadow, and the Mandalay Bay Aquarium. I never thought about circus stage management before, but I think it’s something I’d like to try someday. Whether that’s through the Cirque internship or my own merits. I got to shadow Absinthe twice, first in the booth then on deck. During my deck shadow we had to kick an audience member out of the venue because of his comments towards the tent. My favorite shadow of the trip is Absinthe but it’s close between all of them. It’s just like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I’m hoping I can make it on next year’s trip, but I don’t know if it’s going to happen. I hope to see everyone I met again sometime in the future. #vegas #smshadow #cirquedesoleil #spiegelworld #fallbreak

In the summer of 2007, four people were adopted together, in August 2026, almost 20 years later we're all back together for the first time since then. I love you guys so much and we've already been apart far too long. Missing you 💜

The second half of my first year in Utah. Legendary is genuinely an understatement and no one will understand the absolute joy I’ve felt so far in the year of 2026. Had even more amazing experiences, got to work on so many different projects and went on too many side quests (no such thing) salt lake has treated me pretty well, let’s keep these good vibes going 😛

At the end of each school year we throw a banquet for every SM major and certificate to celebrate the season. This year our theme was Masquerade! We dressed up, had food, spoke about our experiences, and had a great time. On to next year!

The last day of Advanced Stage Management is over and we want to highlight the amazing work done by everyone on our mock film set. Our students served as everything from actor to script supervisor to director. We also want to highlight Nick Dunn for teaching the class this year. Next year’s class covers the Types and Styles of stage management, from opera and touring shows to theme parks and cruise ships!
