You know you built something worth noticing when they stop competing with you and start copying you. Originals create the standard. The rest study it.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There will always be people who tell you it can’t be done.
Sometimes the smartest thing you can do for your career is stop listening to what other people believe is possible and go find out for yourself.
A barber with superb costumer service skills and even better people skills moved nearly 2,000 miles to Destin with ZERO clientele and walked into The Rogue Men during slow season.
First week: over $2,500 gross.
No established book.
No years of local connections.
No waiting six months to “build up.”
Just skill, work ethic, opportunity—and a shop capable of putting the right barber in front of the right clientele.
That’s not a promise of what every barber will make. It’s proof of what can happen here.
And we’re not finished.
I have room for FOUR more serious barbers.
Not four people looking for somewhere to clock in. I’m looking for professionals who are hungry, skilled, dependable and ready to see what they’re actually capable of in the right environment. Must bring positive energy only.
Local? Let’s talk.
2,000 miles away? Apparently that works too. 😏
Stop letting somebody else’s ceiling become yours.
FOUR CHAIRS. FOUR OPPORTUNITIES. WHO’S NEXT?
Thanks to all of our loyal clients who are the real CELEBRITIES who make this possible!
Most barbers say they want more money, better clients, and a stronger environment.
Very few are actually willing to step into one.
The Rogue Men isn’t built for average.
High standards. High traffic. Premium clientele.
If your work speaks for itself, you’ll fit right in.
We had 15+ walk-ins today… and watched them walk right back out.
Not because we’re slow—
because we don’t have enough barbers.
That’s real demand. Real money. Every single day.
If you take your craft serious and you’re ready to work in a shop that actually feeds you clients…
we’re hiring.
Had an AWESOME time yesterday with my peeps from @genesisbarbering ,
@lancepoteet @ten8cuts and @sampson_16 doing free “Back To School Haircuts” at the BX!
It was SUPER busy and we helped a LOT of parents get their kids looking great for the first day of school!!!
