Big news! 🎉 I’ve joined the 2026 Tech Cohort inside The 10th House at @thefemalefoundercollective 💃🏼

When I set out over two+ years ago to build a SaaS Platform around my husbands @eddie_gallagher transition from 20 years of Military Service in the SEAL teams~ I never dreamed of all the ups and downs I would face as a Founder 🫠🫣😬

After looking into this Cohort I know that this type of founder-first accelerator & private membership for women building businesses from $0–$5M in revenue was the fuel ⛽️ I needed to continue to build my team, scale, and create a viable company. 📈

I’m looking forward to learning directly from expert advisors and women who’ve scaled big ideas, and tapping into educational programs built for Female Founders! ❤️‍🔥

Immediately when someone tells me “ok try one not smiling” 😬

Being a Female Founder / CEO 👩🏼‍💼 and brining my vision to life with my business partner over the past 2 1/2 years for @tacticultureapp (Beta coming soon) has been a HUGE Journey!

I have found myself being stretched in ways that have been both challenging and rewarding. I truly love the dynamic of pushing yourself to grow and learn new things. BUT I also know that my greatest strength is assembling killer teams of people to support my vision and insist on hiring way smarter people than myself to take the lead where I have zero clue what to do! 🤓

2026 has been such a wild ride and I am grateful for each setback, lesson learned, moment of clarity, & divine connection that God has brought into my life and path 🙋🏼‍♀️

Here is to more success in the later half than the first 🚀 I am ready 🙌🏼

Today marks a huge step for me as CEO and Woman Owned Business of SaaS start-up ❤️‍🔥

Over 2 1/2 years in the making - working behind the scenes while holding down our day jobs, bootstrapping, 💰 putting in a TON of sweat equity - my business partner @kristopherray and I are brining our SaaS (Software as a Service) platform @tacticultureapp to life!!!🚀

After working with Kris over 6 years on multiple projects we met in person for the very first time today!!!😀

Capturing our Founder story with @marklittlestudio & @ameliarhale was a surreal moment for us to say the least!!

We are excited to share this with the world 🌎 and believe it will change the way world class tactical instructors - like my amazing husband @eddie_gallagher 😉 who was our founding collaborator; do business.

Translating millions of dollars worth of government funded knowledge over the course of a 20 year career as a Navy SEAL into the civilian sector and running his own business was a painstaking challenge.

Kris’ background as a competitive shooter was similar- finding instruction, venues, and training courses seemed painfully difficult.

Together~ We identified a hole 🕳️ in the market that will offer a unique platform built for Instructors, Ranges, and Consumers who want to learn and train from the best around the country!!! 🔥
