Fabrique is a ceramic tile that looks like a woven wallcovering.

The collection is designed after textiles, with a soft fabric-like surface and a flat matte finish. Each 12x36 panel has some natural shade variation from piece to piece, so the wall reads as one continuous surface, not a grid of tiles.

This is Indigo, a deep, inky blue that works well against white oak, brass fixtures and crisp white trim. It’s well suited to a powder room, a vanity wall or a bar.

The details:

12x36 ceramic wall tile, matte finish
Made with recycled content
Rated for interior walls
Also available in Natural, Green and Moka
If you’ve wanted grasscloth in a bathroom but don’t trust it near water, this is the tile version.

Botanical calm, framed in tile. 🌿

Meet Sedeya, a ceramic wall collection in a tall, slim 12” x 40” format. Featured here is the Leaves Antiqued Deco: a soft matte white tile printed with a tropical-leaf design and finished with an aged, antiqued look. It feels like a mural, without the commitment of wallpaper.

The details:
▫️ Size: 12” x 40”, which means fewer grout lines and a clean, modern look
▫️ Finish: Matte white
▫️ Material: Ceramic, 10.4 mm thick
▫️ Use: Interior walls

Build out the look: Sedeya comes in three soft solids, White, Nude and Sage, in matching 12” x 40” field tiles. There are also coordinating antiqued deco tiles in Nude and Sage with a vintage almond-tree motif. Use the leaf deco as a feature wall behind a vanity, bed or tub, and wrap the rest of the room in the matching solid.

🛁 Great for: powder rooms, primary bath accent walls, bedroom headboard walls and entryways. Anywhere you want a calm, coastal-garden feel.

💡 Pro tip: Use a bright white grout so the large panels read as one continuous design and the leaves stay the focus.

Stop by to see Sedeya in person. Visit coasttile.net or DM us to start your project.

Some materials are simply worth falling in love with. 🤍

Our client fell in love with this breathtaking Cristallo stone at first sight, and we knew it had to be the star of the space.

Incredibly delicate and challenging to work with, but the finished result speaks for itself.

Every detail. Every finish. Absolute perfection. ✨

Building up to create the perfect in-law suite addition ⬆️

In conjunction with a whole-home remodel, the Greenleaf Reno project also included a second-story addition. Our clients were looking to add extra square footage for relatives and guests to stay when visiting. To make this happen, we razed the attached garage down to the foundation and rebuilt it within the same footprint, this time with an additional living space above.

The second floor features an open-concept living room and kitchenette, a bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, a small office, and a pantry/laundry closet. Since our clients are transplants to the area, having a separate space for family and friends to stay when visiting was a game-changer. The addition also doubles as a private office space when they work from home.

Introducing the Greenleaf Reno!

After living in their historic Newburyport home for a few years, our clients learned what worked and what did not, and came to us to make the space their own. The original layout felt awkward and cramped, and the kitchen was especially small for a young family of four. They also wanted additional space for relatives and guests to stay when visiting.

To start, we demolished the connecting garage down to the foundation and rebuilt it with a second-story, in-law suite addition. We later moved into the main house, removing several walls, a central fireplace, and a narrow staircase to expand the kitchen and open it up to the living room. On the second floor, we reconfigured the original primary suite footprint to also include a hallway, laundry room, and nursery.

The end result was a beautifully remodeled home that blends the old with the new and better suits our clients’ lifestyle. Keep watching for an inside look, and tap the link in our bio to view the full portfolio.
