Finished the Boogie Project! That was a lot of fun. About a month ago, @boogieee was at @fl_victorious HQ & saw my painting of DJ Lagway.. he asked @nickdelatorre & @lisabenchaim who did it…. They put him in touch with me & he commissioned me to paint some walls. Let’s Gooo!! Thanks Nick & Lisa.. thanks for the help @gentry_welch & @garygator. Most of all….. Thanks Boogie for liking my art and trusting me with this project. Go get em, my man! It’s a great day to be Boogie Fland! 🤙🏼 Go Gators! #BatesyPaint #BoogieDownBronx #krs1

Over 250 gigs. 1,000+ hours. And now there’s just one set left.

I’m so grateful for this chapter and everything it’s given me — and there are a lot of people to thank.
To my friends who have always shown up: seeing my favorite people come out to watch me do what I love means everything, and it never goes unnoticed. To my DJ friends — @terzzzzzi, @royoplaysmusic, @djsaturnmusic — y’all pushed me to be better and take real pride in my craft. I wouldn’t be where I am without you. And to every manager who took a chance on booking me: I’ve given everything to put on the best shows I possibly could, and knowing other people believed in that vision only made me go harder.

I’m not sure what DJing looks like for me going forward, but I have one more guaranteed chance to share it with all of you — Friday, May 1st at @macdintonsirishpubgnv . Let’s celebrate everything we’ve built and send off an awesome era the right way.

See y’all at Mac’s 😏
