Tonight, we gather one last time before Houston comes to the Table. 🍞🍷 Our final Communion Community gathering is here — a night for fellowship, prayer, communion, and preparing our hearts for September 25. We’ve spent 7 weeks building relationships, growing in unity, and learning how to serve together. Tonight, we come together with expectation for what God will do next on Friday 9/25. So if you’re still considering volunteering, this is the night to come. 🤝 Bring a friend. Come ready to pray. Come ready to meet the people helping prepare the Table. 📍 Houston City Hall
🕢 7:30 PM Meet outside City Hall at the reflection pool 🚙 Free street parking is available downtown
(Be sure to check posted signs) Don’t just come to Communion Houston — help create the community people experience when they arrive. #CommunionHouston#HoustonChurch #HoustonChristians #PrayerHouston #JesusAtTheCenter

Seven days from now, the lawn at City Hall can become something unforgettable. 🍞🍷 Not just a crowd.
Not just an event.
A living picture of the Body of Christ together — families, friends, churches, neighbors, and people who may not know Jesus yet, all gathered in one place with Jesus at the center. This is your invitation to help fill the lawn. Bring a blanket.
Bring some food. Bring your communion elements.
Bring people you care about.
Create a simple picnic gathering and make room for conversation, connection, prayer, and the Gospel. You don’t need a stage. You don’t need a big plan. You just need a yes. In seven days, the vision becomes visible. Come early. Claim your space. Fill the lawn. Invite someone who needs hope. 🤔 Want to learn more? Sign up for an online orientation on the website. What if sharing the Gospel looked as simple as inviting someone to a picnic? 🧺🥪💐 Bring a blanket. Bring some food. Invite a few people you care about — especially someone who may not know Jesus — and create space for real conversation, friendship, and hope. No stage. No pressure. Just people around a meal. Make room for Jesus to meet someone right where they are. Host a picnic. Invite your people. Help turn the lawn at City Hall into a place of fellowship, joy, and Gospel conversations. There will be live music the entire night and a festive environment to enjoy with your people. 🤔 Want to learn more? Sign up for an online orientation on the website. Ten days from now, we have a chance to do something our culture rarely encourages us to do: Come to the Table without the walls. Not as one denomination.
Not as one ethnicity.
Not as one generation.
Not as one ministry network.
Not as one political tribe.
But as one Body gathered around Jesus. We’ve become very good at building boundaries that keep us comfortable, familiar, and separated. But the Table of Jesus confronts all of that. At His Table, we remember that we were never meant to belong only to the people who look like us, worship like us, or think like us. We belong to Christ — and because we belong to Christ, we belong to one another. On September 25, we have an opportunity to make that unity visible in the heart of Houston. So don’t just watch this happen. 🧺 Host a picnic on the lawn and make room for people you may not normally gather with.
🙌 Volunteer and put your hands to the vision.
💙 Partner financially and help make this historic gathering possible. Ten days from now, the walls can come down and the Body of Christ can come together. What will your yes look like? ➡️ Take your place at the Table:

Join us for Communion Community 🍞🍷 Tonight at 7:30 PM, Communion Community gathers again at Houston City Hall as we continue building the relationships, trust, prayer, and unity that will carry us into Communion Houston on September 25. These nights have become more than preparation. They’ve become a place where the Body of Christ is getting to know one another, praying together, sharing communion, and practicing the kind of relational evangelism we want to bring into the larger gathering. So step into the momentum around Communion Houston with us tonight. Come meet the people behind the vision. Come strengthen the fellowship. Come pray for our city. Come prepare your heart to serve. And if you’re still considering volunteering, tonight is one of the best ways to get connected before the event. 12 days from now, Houston gathers around one Table. Tonight, we keep building the community that will make that moment matter. 📍 Houston City Hall

We’re just TWO Fridays away. On September 25, the heart of our city will become the setting for the Largest Public Communion Table in the History of Houston — and there is more than one way to take your place. All table reservations have been taken, but you can bring a blanket, gather your family, friends, small group, or church community, and host a picnic gathering on the lawn. Come share a meal.
Build relationships.
Pray together.
Meet someone new. Don’t forget to invite someone who doesn’t know the Lord. 👀
Let’s prepare to gather around Jesus with believers from across our city. This is about more than filling a space. It’s about filling the lawn with fellowship, joy, hope, and the visible unity of the Body of Christ. Imagine looking across Hermann Square and seeing tables and picnic blankets filled with people from different nations, generations, and denominations — all gathered around one name. Jesus. ✝️ Two Fridays from now, that vision becomes reality. 🧺 Host a picnic gathering.
👥 Invite your people.
🙌 Come ready to welcome others.
🍞 Take your place in this historic moment. Don’t just come to Communion Houston — help create the community people experience when they arrive. ➡️ Join us at the Table:
