We all know that speed kills on the court! but if the court is only up 94 feet then why would we do sprint training for distances longer than that? 🤔

By incorporating chain-resisted sprints and timed flying 10s, we help our basketball athletes build a resilient and powerful lower body, optimize sprint mechanics and movement efficiency , and develop the ability to blow past opponents on the first step and on transition throughout the full length of the court ⛹🏾‍♂️💨

It also has tons of benefits to help keep you healthy on the court such as the development Eccentric Strength. Sprinting at high speeds forces the hamstrings to absorb and control force during the late swing phase, reducing the risk of strains 🏥

These can also help you with jumping higher and getting up to dunk or block shots with quicker takeoffs…All Hoopers should love to hear that! 🛫

Interested in training that directly translates well to your performance on the court? Shoot me a DM or Email so you can maximize your potential! 📩

‘28 5’8 G George Bothos Out of Wootton High School has been filling up the stat sheet with Inspire Elite. After a decent freshman JV season, the work he put in between the months of February and March have really begun to show, he has a crafty handle which allows him to break presses. His shot from deep is deadly and he is able to get to it off the dribble or off of screens. In his last MADE Hoops tournament he averaged 17 points a game connecting on 67% of his 3s. His scoring threat from deep allows him to blow past defenders who try to run him off the line to create drive and kick opportunities or when he chooses to call his own number he gets to his floater or uses nice touch around the rim to finish layups with either hand. He plans to reclassify to the 2028 class.
