Humid morning with the offense group today. Dodging and shooting focus today! These groups continue to get better every session and have loved watching their progress. 🔒🧱🔒

Early morning work! Worked on high wing dodges with a quick second move as a defense slides, hitching the slide, and dodging to finishing from behind.

Good work today with this group. Spent time on dodging from x, the low wings, and then to end a lot of shots on net!

If you are looking to get more reps and improve your game feel free to reach out!

Forgot to record more clips today. But was a great session with this group. Worked on dodging from x to a feed, dodging from x and finishing, dodging from the high wings and on the run shooting.

(Mike did miss that shot in the clip but was hitting corners all day - sorry Mike)

The boys came to work today!
