You KNOW these cookies are good when I’m considering skipping tacos this week. That’s a betrayal I never saw coming. 🍪🌮 Insulin-worthy and absolutely worth the math. Well played, George & Gather. My taco budget is now accepting donations. #GeorgeAndGather #KillerCookies #TacoGirl #JPHomeLoans

The best time to start planning for 2027? Before 2026 is over. 👏🏼 This month’s Women in Real Estate Mastermind with Janine Igliane was all about finishing Q4 strong while building the habits, relationships + pipeline that create momentum for next year. We talked about looking back at what actually worked, being intentional with our Q4 conversations, staying connected through the holidays without always making an ask, and breaking those big 2027 goals down into what we need to be doing right now. And THIS is exactly why I created this mastermind. 🤍 Not another networking event where we exchange business cards and leave. A room where women in real estate can have real conversations, share what’s working, learn from each other + walk away with something they can actually implement in their business. Thank you, Janine, for bringing so much value to the room — and thank you to every woman who continues to show up and make this community what it is. We’re not waiting until January to start 2027. ✨ 📍@ George & Gather 📸 @denisenicole.brand

What a wonderful Women in Real Estate Mastermind, hosted by our very own Shannon Goldberg @mytitlegal from our Chandler Portico office! Shannon brings together incredible women in real estate who generously share their experience, celebrate one another’s success, and help each other grow. Our guest speaker, Janine Igliane of Keller Williams’ The Home Selling Team, shared “Finish Strong. Start Ahead: Q4 Strategies That Set Up a Productive New Year.” She gave us a thoughtful way to look back at what we’ve accomplished, focus on the actions that can create Q1 opportunities, build a productive calendar, and decide where to begin if we’re ready for a fresh start. Shannon hosts this gathering on the first Wednesday of every month at George & Gather. Thank you to the @georgeandgather team for welcoming us and being such wonderful hosts! And a big thank-you to our amazing sponsors: Jessica Daher | Goosehead Insurance Jennifer Patel | Barrett Financial Group Amber Berry | Independent Restoration Services Kathryn Lansden | First American Home Warranty Women in Real Estate | Chandler, AZ | First American Title

Came to George & Gather to try their fall coffee drinks, but we definitely couldn’t leave without trying the food! ☕️🍂 Everything was SO good, easily a 10/10. Definitely adding this spot to my list of places to come back to! 🤎 #fallcoffee #Chandler #brunchspot #azfoodie #girlslunch

Apparently my body knew exactly what it needed 🤎 We got to try some of the fall goodies at @georgeandgather , from the Blueberry Cobbler Matcha to the Cinnamon Roll Latte and carrot cake, not a single thing disappointed! Beyond the treats, what really stood out was how warm and welcoming everyone was. You could feel the care that goes into making this place what it is, and that makes the experience even more special! Definitely one to add to your downtown Chandler list!

Still thinking about my experience at @georgeandgather 🤎 I was invited to try their fall drinks and pastries, and I’m not kidding when I say the Blueberry Cobbler Matcha and Honey Apricot Cheesecake are STILL on my mind. But honestly, what made this experience so special was the people. Our barista was amazing, and getting to see how passionate Pastry Chef Cole is about what he creates made the whole experience that much better. You can tell there’s so much thought and care behind everything they make, and that really makes a difference. Located in Downtown Chandler, George & Gather is the kind of place you want to slow down at, whether you’re grabbing coffee, meeting up with friends, or staying for a meal. Plus, they’re 100% seed oil-free and serve signature sourdough pizza made with a 130-year-old starter! Consider this your sign to stop by, order something seasonal, and stay awhile.
