What started as a hobby became a passion, a discipline, and a fire within me. I don’t just throw punches, I fight my limits, challenge my mind, and build a stronger version of myself with every round 🥊🔥

Every session with @georgeeid23 leaves me with the same feeling: my body is tired, but my mind is sharp. 🥊

It turns out there may be science behind it. Boxing trains footwork, balance, timing and reacting under pressure, which are exactly what Parkinson's wears down.

A 2025 review of 13 studies found real improvements in balance and mobility, and more than 80% of participants kept training.

Anne Carson started boxing in her seventies. This year she won the Nobel Prize. 🏆

The researchers say the evidence is promising but still early.

So is it therapy yet? Or are we not there yet? 👇

Q4/2026. WHAT A YEAR.
Final stretch. Thank God for the doors that opened and the ones that closed. To my circle, the ones who held me down and put me on, you know who you are. Nothing goes unnoticed.
