POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A moment captured. A chapter documented. A promise kept.

Completing a photoshoot isn’t about vanity.

It’s proof that you said you’d do something, and followed through.

It’s about testing your limits, discovering what you’re truly capable of, and finally putting the “what ifs” to rest.

Becoming someone you’re proud of.

Because one day, this phase will be behind you. But you’ll be able to look back on the moment that changed you as a person and the trajectory of your life.

A reminder of what you were capable of, what you committed to, and what it took to get there.

Something to show your grandkids one day. Not just how you looked, but who you were and what you stood for.

Road to UTD50 @ultratraildubai – Week 5 🏔️

Nothing flashy about this week in the block. Just hard work, graft and finding a way to get it done amidst a hectic week at work.

Was every session perfect? Every interval hit, heart rate controlled, pace optimal and performance impressive? No.

But were all 8 sessions ticked off around 70+ hours in the office? Absolutely.

Some weeks, progress isn’t measured by the numbers on your watch. It’s measured by your willingness to show up, grit your teeth and get the work done when everything else is demanding your time and energy.

Not glamorous, not pretty, but another week in the bank. And the momentum heading into next week feels strong.

5 weeks down. 6 to go.

2026 Photoshoot.

After spending the last couple of years focusing on performance-based growth such as ultra-mara prep, endurance events and more, focusing on purely physique for the last few months was a new challenge which was good fun.

9kg drop in weight, strength maintained & physique dialled in.

Onto the next challenge 💪

Road to UTD50 @ultratraildubai - Week 4 🏔️

A deload week on paper. Anything but easy in reality.

The body pushed back hard this week, struggling to tolerate even the reduced mileage. A reminder that recovery doesn’t always follow the plan.

But we didn’t sign up for this because it was going to be easy. Nothing worth having comes easy.

So we reassessed, made the necessary adjustments, and kept moving forward. No heroics, no shortcuts. Just trusting the process and playing the long game.

On a positive note, a surprisingly strong week in the gym, with progressive overload continuing nicely. 💪

Biggest takeaway this week? The people you surround yourself with matter. Sharing the miles with like-minded individuals, especially when things get tough, makes all the difference.

Not every week is about breaking records. Sometimes progress is simply about adapting, staying consistent, and showing up.

4 weeks down. 7 to go. The work continues. 🤝
