🎉 **CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Geraint’s Amazing Transformation** 🎉

🔥 **10 weeks, 3 stone down** and absolutely smashing it!

When Geraint and I started:
- He was struggling with motivation and his mental health 😔
- Unhappy with his fitness and overall wellbeing 🏋️‍♂️
- His initial goal was to lose just over 1 stone...

**But guess what?** We hit **3 stone**! 💪🙌

In the past, Geraint had tried and failed multiple times, but this time was different. Here’s what worked:
- A **tailored plan** that kept things simple 📝
- Made food **enjoyable** and sustainable 🍽️
- Weekly challenges to **push** him outside his comfort zone ⏳
- Celebrating **small wins** along the way 🏆

Geraint is the perfect example of what being part of the **Be The Change** family is all about. He:
- Gave it his **all** every single week 👏
- **Embraced** the process with an open mind 💯
- Never settled for the minimum, always aiming to **do more** 🚀

I’m beyond proud of the physical transformation, but even more proud of his effort, energy, and commitment! 🏅

**Well done, Geraint!** It’s been an honor to help you regain your confidence and thrive.

**Want to be the next success story?** DM me now to join the transformation journey! 📲

Good morning all, hope you had a great weekend.
We had a relaxing one in our house and made some lovely cakes and yummy cheesecakes 🥰

Here we have a Biscoff cheesecake topped with Biscoff spread, crumbled Biscoff biscuits and chocolate Biscoff biscuits 😋😍

Rhian Regulski, Abby Cousins, Geraint Cuddihy glad you enjoyed yours 😊

These are beautiful and at the moment are only £10 for 8”.
I will be increasing the price on the cheesecakes in the near future but for now they are still £10.
Why not grab yourself a bargain 😊

Take care all, have a great week xxxx

Had such an amazing day and night yesterday. Just what we all needed to lift everyones spirits. Nearly every single household at Mining School Close except one came outside and celebrated was so lovely to see eachother as some of the neighbours included myself Steve and boys all had Covid and was rough for a few weeks, but we all thankfully came through it, so was very lucky and grateful for the lovely help and support from our neighbours when we was ill, with shopping and meds for us. 🙏❤ There were so many people out on their front gardens that we've never even seen before in the two years we all moved in because of the way our Close is laid out ha
Had a sound system supplied by our next door neighbour Chris. These are just a few pics from early on in the day ha so grateful to have a great bunch of neighbours who have all become friends. ❤👏😁#veday2020#socialdistancing #celebrating#goodneighbours#funtimes#covidwontbeatus##newbuild#newbuildhouses#newbuildjourney#frontgardens#party#drinks#grattitude#thankful
