a little love letter to Peer Leading 💌🦬

With Peer Leader applications opening, I’ve been reflecting on this summer and just how special this experience was

This was truly the best summer. Getting to welcome new Buffs, hear their stories, calm their nerves, and hopefully make WT feel a little more like home was so special and fulfilling. Getting to experience Buff Branding and all the excitement that comes with welcoming a new class made it even better! 🩵💙🩵💙

But the people are what made it even more special. I got to spend my summer surrounded by the best group of people, and they quickly became so much more than coworkers. They became family. I’m so thankful for the friendships, memories, and everything this experience gave me!

Peer Leading gave me so much more than I ever expected, and I’ll always be grateful that I got to be a small part of so many students’ first chapter at WT!

What an incredible past two days it has been! It is a true privilege to welcome our new students to WT and get to show them the wonderful place that they can call home for the next few years!

WT has truly become my home and God has blessed me with such an amazing community here! I am so grateful for the opportunity to pour into the next generation of buffs!
