🌸🍃Did you know that @foxandthefells and I have hosted local mid-Atlantic createive retreats in the past?! We both dreamed of gathering kindred spirits beneath the summer sky (the weather had different plans at the start of the dinner, with actual flood warnings!) but that didn’t stop us from making magic in the lavender fields later in the evening!

✨🕯️Somewhere between the dreamy old stone barn & the glow of candlelight, the rain pattering against the windows panes intertwined with the soft plucking of the harp, creatives gathered for a night of inspiration, collaboration, & connection that ended magical new friendships as we danced at dusk amongst the lavender fields as the lingering mist hung in the distant Pennsylvania hills.

🪻🌾We teamed up with @warwickfurnacefarm to host this romantic midsummer’s eve creative gathering where we polished up the old 18th century stone barn & styled this whimsical dinner. And for a bit of extra magic, we set it to the beautiful harp playing of @chelseasmarr ,encouraged guests to wear their most magical flowy dress (or they had the option of renting one of ours!) , and sent attendees home with their very own giftbox of lavender goodies from @warwickfurnacefarm 🎁

💃🏼We shared stories, spontaneous laughter, & inspiration. It was a celebration of creativity, community, & the feeling of belonging shared among those who are romantics at heart. 💖

🌾The evening was finished off with photoshoots amongst the lavender fields as the mist from the passing rainstorms clung to the hills & the breeze carried the scent of the fragrant blooms.

If there’s one thing I’m a sucker for, it’s an aesthetic themed dinner party.

This particular evening was hosted by myself, @foxinthefells, & @clairerosen the creative force behind the magical @warwickfurnacefarm where this enchanting evening was hosted!

It was an Enchanted Midsummer’s Eve gathering & despite being completely rained out during the first portion of the evening (I’m talking flood warnings & some guests not able to make it due to road closures), cutting my finger open, and scrambling to put together a styled barn space in 4.5 hours when the weather messed up our plans to hold the event outside, we pulled it together and were gifted the most magical mist & sunset on the lavender hills overlooking the farm that evening.

We had such a splendid evening of getting to know one another in a small gathering setting over a themed hors d’ouerves , whimiscal wardrobe, & enchanting harp music, with the remainder of the evening spend frolicking amongst the lavender

So I’m curious, if I hosted another themed event such as this, would folks be interested in coming?! I’m sure we could all used a little magic in the current times we live in

Omg!!!!! 📣

Definitely feeling the “sock fairy vibes”

We received loads of donations today! We will be giving each person walking through the food pantry a package of socks!!! Letting them choose from the wide assortment we’ve received so far 🫶🏼

Inspired Girl Publishing Group is still collecting. Our goal was 100 packages and we are so close. With 180 families they serve weekly it’s our new goal that each person will receive something.

Without your help none of this would be possible. We are so grateful.

Tomorrow we will be signing holiday cards at home around 1 ✍️if you’re available.

12/19 at 10 am we will be at the food pantry to give them out and welcome everyone with a smile 😁. All are welcome to help! Lmk

Happy International Women’s Day my friends, whatever pronoun you identify with, let’s celebrate that sweet feminine energy in every single one of us!

Every day we should celebrate women, but today in particular, I want to honor the special women in my life - my family & friends, and beyond. Today is a celebration of the strength that lies within us, but also acknowledging that strength can come in many so many forms. There are so many powerful women out there who light up the world with their resilience, intelligence, their fearlessness & creativity, their boundless potential and determination. We are an unstoppable force.

To the women who came before us, to the ones who are with us, & the one’s who will come after us..... we will continue to make the world a better place with our presence and passion. To mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, mentors, allies, nurses, doctors, scientists, athletes, artists, magical beings & everyone/anyone of any type of pronoun who identifies with feminine energy and of course so many more, keep lifting each other up every step of the way. And to the special women in my life, whose courage, empathy, kindness, creativity, & passion inspires me every day - Happy International Women’s Day <3
