PART 1: BALRANALD ❤️🎶

Balranald, thank you so much for having us 🤗❤️ I had the best time a few weeks ago being part of the SEEN Regional Community Circuit with @phunktional , taking part in yarning circles with community and Elders, facilitating dance workshops with the young people, and getting them up on stage with me 🥰❤️.

I’ve always wanted to do outreach work in regional and remote communities, so this experience meant so much to me. We also took the circuit to Barham and Moama, so stay tuned for more 👀❤️✨ #aussieartist #regionalnsw #torresstrait #aboriginalaustralia #balranald

Happy NAIDOC everyone. Check out this SBS documentary on Glen Thomas, a proud Bidjara and Wakamin man, and his work with Beyond the Walls. It celebrates his deadly strength and leadership as an artist who has "turned resistance into expression." Beyond the Walls is about the young ones growing up proud, and is only possible because we recognise how far we've come, not by chance, but "because generations of people have refused to be silenced."

*Quoted phrases are drawn from the official NAIDOC Week 2026 theme 50 Years of Deadly.

Thank you Catherine Scott for your amazing documentary making skills and all the people who agreed to be part of the documentary, special thanks to Glen's Mum and Aunty for flying down from FNQ to watch Glen perform at the Opera House. ❤️

Whoo Hoo!!! We've been nominated for an award. @fbiradio have nominated us for 'Best on Stage' for the amazing work undertaken in the 'Beyond the Walls' project.
If you have a moment to vote for 'Beyond the Walls' it would be greatly appreciated. There are many other categories and artists you can vote for as well if you wish to. Head to fbiradio.com/nominees or link in our bio.
It's fantastic even to have our work within the community recognised. We are very proud of this project and what it has acheived, and hopefully will continue to acheive.
Thanks so much to all that were involved.

Entries close Jan 31st.
