What a festival !? We pour our hearts and souls into this project and each year it’s creates such a magical experience! The team, the artists and public never disappoint in bringing the vibes 🌙✨

Organising this festival alongside the dreamteam @emicartist & @adamturks and the whole crew Keith , @wee.nuls , @hmconstance & @robhilken makes this whole experience so dreamy.

The ÉADACH X DESIGNERIE Summer Solstice Collection.

2024 has definitely been a year of blessings and full of top quality people, lots of love, visits to cuba, colombia, turkey, spain, france ++ but it’s not been without some real tough times. like knocking your two front teeth out or getting severe heatstroke.

2024 i will defo remember as being a big year of learning and developing, of accepting failures along with the successes and understanding myself in a different way than i have before.

struggle is real - it’s hard to be the best daughter, sister, girlfriend, friend, boss, boxer, business person, godparent, teacher, human all the same time, to look after the people we love, and we judge ourselves so harshly when we fail. stress has been a major thing for me this year and has affected me mentally and physically, so that’s defo on my out list for 2025. spending months on end feeling stressed and anxious is NOT good for you. and failing is not the end, it’s a a chance to stop, reflect and start again.

2025 i cant wait! i am going to look after myself as number one and make some real big power life moves. anyone who gets in my way can fuck right off 🩷

let’s all be a bit nicer to each other next year. lots of love and thanks to the amazing people who keep an eye out for me and especially my favourite one @fredburst92 Lewis who is my ride or die forever. Live, laugh, love xxxx

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝑰 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒂𝒚?

A couple of summers ago I dated someone who loved listening to Kate Bush as much as I do.

On our second date he introduced me to the music of an artist called Nourished by Time. Whilst I didn’t end up falling in love with the dating prospect I did fall in love with the music of Nourished By Time.

I wrote the initial sketch of this song ‘Moth To A Flame’ during that summer and in a serendipitous turn of events I ended up talking about music remotely with Marcus @nourishedbytime_

I sent him this track and I’m super touched that he connected with it and elevated it to another level with the contribution of his vocals. I feel like he really tuned into the sentiment and feeling of the song - thank you so much Marcus.

The song is out today and is part of such an immaculately good compilation from London label @scenic____route run by @theo_fab and @jonphonics

What is Yintelligence?

Yintelligence is an exploration of the senses. Using the shapes of yin combined with joint intelligence and soft resistance, we make the shapes more shapeless and thus find our own individual groove through actively listening to what feels good within. Yintelligence invites you to a sense of freedom and creativity that takes you on a beautiful journey worlds within worlds beneath your skin.

THE JOURNEY WITHIN is an inclusive training for both teachers and students to delve deep into the magic of Yintelligence, where you will learn how to move better, feel more, and adapt each shape with very clever tools for yourself and for your students. This one-week training will include daily practice, lectures on fascia, resistance tools, lymphatics, joint intelligence, breath, philosophy and more!

APRIL 16th-23rd at the Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali.

TO SERVE

Of all the things I’ve created, I’m most proud of Yintelligence. I see it more as a method than a system, where everything becomes a tool for a deeper experience. It’s a beautiful approach to movement, stillness, to teach and how to be of service for ourselves and others.

It’s a seed that you plant in your own garden, what flowers grow from it is up to you.

The Journey Within is a 50h training for anyone that wants to bring more awareness to joint health, to breath, to lymphatics, and to find more freedom in your body with very safe, sustainable and creative ways.

This training is for teachers and students alike. You will learn how to teach Yintelligence, and if you just want to learn how to move like this for yourself, it’s cleverly designed for both.

The next training is happening on April 16th-23rd at the Yoga Barn in Ubud and you can type “Yintelligence” in the comments or send me a DM and I’ll send you more information about it.

It's incredible to think that just one week has already flown by since we gathered together to conclude our transformative Womb Wisdom Wellbeing #YogaTeacherTraining on the beautiful grounds of @theyogabarn 📿🌴🧿🌿

The experience of nurturing heartfelt connections while embracing both our shared experiences and unique individualities was nothing short of extraordinary.

The women who have now become certified yoga teachers exude an overwhelming sense of enthusiasm and radiance.

I am eagerly anticipating the profound impact they will have as they illuminate the world and empower fellow women to awaken their own #wombwisdom
