HMX Yogurt S | Sound Profile Analysis The alpha peak sits around 2.5 kHz, with most of the energy concentrated between 2–4.1 kHz. Personally, I find the typing feel really enjoyable. Paired with a PP plate, the sound doesn’t come across as overly sharp or piercing. Instead, the two complement each other quite nicely, creating a more balanced sound profile. Sometimes, it’s not just about the switch itself, but how it works with the rest of the build. No denoising, just normalized audio for a consistent listening experience. . #mechanicalkeyboard #keyboard #keyboardswitches #hmxyogurts #mietkeys

DaringRun Flip-6P sound test. Akko Cilantro switches + Keykobo Dolch w/ Dark Alpha keycaps. The Cilantro gives this build a crisp tactile feel with a nice amount of character. The Flip-6P keeps everything feeling solid and controlled without making it too aggressive. Board: @daringrun_offical Flip-6p Switches: @akkogear Cilantro Keycaps: @keykobo Dolch w/ dark alpha Honestly, this combo just works. 🎧 Headphones recommended.

Been spending some time with the DaringRun Flip-6p. A pretty interesting 60% + NUMPAD layout with one thing that immediately stands out: you can flip the layout and run it standard or southpaw. Even the main bag says FILP-6p instead of Flip-6p. Not sure if it’s intentional or just a little printing mistake, but honestly, it kinda fits the whole idea of the board being flipped around. 😂 For this build, I went with Akko Cilantro early tactile switches and Keykobo Dolch with dark alpha. The result is a pretty straightforward build, but the reversible layout is what makes the Flip-6p feel different from the usual boards. Sometimes, a small change in layout completely changes how a board feels. Been spending some time with the @keygeekofficial Sago lately. Built on the @ne0_kb Neo65 Core Plus, paired with a CF plate and @gmk_keycaps Inukuma. Sago has that clacky character, but it’s not the kind of clack that gets overly sharp or high-pitched. There’s a bit more body in the sound, sitting somewhere around the “mid to lower pitch”, which makes it surprisingly pleasant to listen to. The CF plate definitely helps keep things a little more controlled and rounded, and together with the Inukuma set, the whole build has this really nice balance between clack, body, and presence. Definitely one of those switches that sounds better once you actually put it into a build. Thanks to @infinitas_id for sending these over. 🙌 #keyboardswitches #keyboard #mechanicalkeyboard #mietkeys #kbdfans

Agar sound test. Keyboard: @kbdfans agar Switch: SW x HMX Catmint Keycaps: @lelelab.store munchen schwarz (ABS UV Print) I really like how this switch sounds on the alphas, but the 7U spacebar just doesn’t quite hit the way I want it to. The build quality of the Agar itself should already provide a solid foundation for resonance and acoustics, but somehow, this particular sound profile just isn’t my cup of tea. Maybe it’s time to try a different switch on the Agar. What switch would you recommend for this board? #kbdfansagar #kbdfans #mechanicalkeyboard #keyboard #keyboardswitches

Black on black just hits different. @kbdfans AGAR SW x HMX Catmint @lelelab.store Munchen Schwarz HHKB layout Built this one all black, and honestly... Everything just works. The black case, black keycaps, and that HHKB layout give it this clean, stealthy look. No flashy colors, no unnecessary distractions. Just a really solid and aggressive setup. And the Catmint switches fit the theme perfectly. The whole build feels like something that belongs in the shadows. After putting it together, I get why I’ve been enjoying this board so much. It looks badass, feels great to type on, and that HHKB layout just gives it a completely different character. Dark, clean, and just a little dangerous. Just pure stealth. #keyboard #mechanicalkeyboard #mietkeys #kbdfans #kbdfansagar

My first low profile keyboard. And I gotta say, this thing is cute. I’m not really a purple guy, but somehow this color looks damn good on the ND75 LP. That little screen on the side is probably one of my favorite things about it. It’s bright, the colors look great, and it’s actually multifunctional. You can customize and control different things right from this tiny screen. The typing feel is also surprisingly comfortable. I swear, I could type on this thing for 1,000 years and still wouldn’t get tired. 😂 The backplate looks great, and the overall design is just really well put together. My only little complaint? The rubber wrist rest feels kinda weird to me. I get the idea, but I feel like a hard wrist rest would’ve made more sense. Especially in grey, rubber tends to get dirty over time. Other than that, Chilkey, you guys cooked. Love you, @chil.key Thanks @keebsmark.id #keyboard #mechanicalkeyboard #lowprofilekeyboard #chilkey #mietkeys
