Imagine explaining your job and saying, “Well… sometimes two guys throw me over someone and I land in a pool.” 😂

I think my definition of a normal workday might be slightly different.

#31 .. and life just keep getting better and better✨

If you know me a little, you probably know I’m the type of person who always finds reasons to celebrate.. not just birthdays.

Not because of the gifts, the cake, or the messages… but because it’s a reminder of how lucky I am to be here.

Life is such a miracle.
Growing older is such a privilege, and something worth celebrating every single year.

Another year to learn, to grow, to love, to move my body, to chase new dreams, to spend time with the people I love, and to create memories I’ll carry forever.

I hope I never lose the excitement of welcoming another year of life with a full heart, surrounded by the people who make it so special.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated with me, sent a message, called, hugged me, or simply thought of me. You made my day even more beautiful.

Here’s to 31.
I know it’s going to be a special one. 🤍✨

POV: Dry cupping ASMR

For porter performers, the neck and upper back absorb constant compression, tension, and repetitive load during lifts, catches, and overhead work.

Dry cupping used here as a recovery & relaxation tool alongside performance care — not as a standalone treatment or medical cure.

Recovery matters just as much as performance.

Should be done by a qualified medical practitioner.
