New #fightinggamefriday, finally with the 2024 remaster of #FightnJokes, a surprising 2D fighter originally released in 1997 by Nasty Brothers Software, a valiant group of Italian guys in their 20s. What to say? While the original recipe was almost perfect, this remaster by Mental Drink brings it into a newer light, making it easily compatible with newer systems. The game itself doesn't lose an ounce of its greatness. Well deserved, well played, great self birthday present for me 😁 #gamesofthe90s

What can you do when you suck at #SpaceInvaders? Lose lives and try to have fun, because Taito's masterpiece was painful but made wisely. Video filmed by my girlfriend @ziaipazia in January 2023 at the @computerspielemuseum_berlin in #Berlin. #gamesofthe90s

The sequel to the greatest soccer #arcade of the early 80s: this is #ExcitingSoccer2 filmed by our friend @amintainstagram. I remember that when I was a kid in 2001/2002 I used to play it on Mame and think "hey, I'm using a game from ages when Italy was defending world champion", and that silly idea was pretty much satisfactory. Nostalgia. #gamesofthe90s

#Slipstream by Capcom on #MisterFpga filmed by our friend @amintainstagram! This arcade is extremely rare, released in few machines and only in South America just because someone thought that a fake 3D game wasn't worth the investment in the early years of polygons. That's absolutely a pity, because the game plays great! #gamesofthe90s

Sunday's time for the #NintendoSwitch going full retro with #MendelPalace. An action/puzzle by Game Freak and Satoshi Tajiri that entertains and gets you into a complex but engaging action. Great game. #gamesofthe90s

After several years I jump again on the car of #saturdaysofspeed by @generation_xboxx with #96FlagRally! A Korean bootleg of Namco's classic New Really X with anime girls and graphics assets stolen on strategy games like Caesar 2 or The Settlers. The game plays identical to the Rally X series: stroll around the city, collect flags, avoid obstacles, don't die. The game is credited to Promat, but like in many bootlegs,.the true fatherhood is absolutely uncertain. #gamesofthe90s
