Residency moves fast, but it’s no excuse to ignore how you take care of your body. Hours get long, expectations get bigger and the pressure to perform at a high level consistently can seem like an impossible standard. Prioritizing protein, establishing a strong morning routine (so strong it withstands the 3am alarms) & making these things something I look forward to has allowed me to become a better resident these last four years! Eat good, look good, feel good, do good #orthopaedicsurgery #residentlife #medschool #premed #groceryhaul I shoot for 150g of protein a day! (Many days we resort to saltine PB&J and that’s life) Complex carbs Veg for the week

BODYROCK PGH was one of those days where the energy was good before I even had a reason for it to be. The views were doing a lot of heavy lifting, the music was actually on point, and the whole place was packed with small businesses, people, movement and enough things to buy that apparently my wallet also needed to participate. And then the sun came out. My mood was already good and somehow that took it up another notch. I loved that the day felt like more than just a fitness event. There was so much happening around it-local businesses to shop, people to meet, music, some healthy bites and that very Pittsburgh feeling of everyone showing up and doing their own thing. Obviously I had to leave with a few purchases because supporting small businesses is important and I am extremely committed to the cause. BODYROCK PGH was a good reminder that sometimes a good day really is just good views, good music, good people and a little sunlight. #BODYROCKPGH #PittsburghEvents #PittsburghFitness #PittsburghSmallBusiness #PittsburghWellness

Eleven years of BODYROCK. Eleven years of movement, music, packed rooms, sweaty hugs, new friendships, familiar faces and so many moments that have become part of this little passion project of mine. Every year has its own energy and its own memories, and somehow I still get just as excited thinking about what we’re about to create together next. This Sunday, we get to do it all again, move with incredible instructors, discover studios from across Pittsburgh, dance with Darcie, shop The Wellness Edit, experience everything our partners have dreamed up and spend a morning simply being together. I’ve watched BODYROCK grow and change over the years, but the heart of it has always stayed the same: bringing people together through movement, energy and connection. I’m so grateful for every person who has been part of these last 11 years, and I cannot wait to see the moments we create this year. See you Sunday. 🖤

MOVE. SWEAT. TALK SKIN. REPEAT. Agood workout + really good skin. We’re making room for both at BODYROCK. Power partner @get.fillir joins us this year after being named Pittsburgh’s Best Med Spa four years in a row: 2023, 2024, 2025 + 2026. Known for their elevated approach to aesthetics, they’ve taken that same point of view into a custom-formulated skincare collection designed to become part of your everyday routine. And yes, that’s our girl @daralisantiweber of @floyogastudios getting into the goods. She’ll be bringing her signature Mat Pilates to the BODYROCK rooftop, while fillir brings the skincare, giving you the chance to experience the collection firsthand, sample products + spend some time with their team talking skin, routines + the concerns worth paying attention to. Before class. After class. Somewhere in between. The fillir team will be set up starting at 8:30AM + throughout the day. Come experience the collection, talk skin + hang with us. October 4 • ETAGE Athletic Club. TICKETS ONSALE NOW - bodyrockpgh.com Fit ✔️ @caliafitness
