Speed Day (acceleration focused)
1. Kneeling starts to build that first step explosiveness
-1x10 yard front kneeling ea
-1x10 side kneeling ea
2. Rolling 20 yard sprints, this helps more with late acceleration, focus keeping driving after 10 yards
