A few things I wish more women knew about fitness.

After years of teaching Pilates, strength training, and coaching runners, I’ve learned that the things that actually work are usually a lot less exciting than the things being sold to us.

Somewhere along the way, we decided everything needed added protein, every workout needed to leave us exhausted, and the movement we do outside the gym barely counts.

Meanwhile, walking more, repeating basic exercises, eating a balanced diet, and getting enough rest are still doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

More isn’t always better. Harder isn’t always smarter. And your workout doesn’t exist separately from the rest of your life.

I could probably make a much longer list, but we’ll start here.

A little free advice from someone who spends a lot of time learning about this through my own journey and those of others.

I spent 15 years designing textiles for corporate fashion. Last month I signed a lease on a tiny room to personal train independently and teach private small-group Pilates Sculpt classes. No reformers, no big studio, just 5 people, props and a mat. Building strength and community in the coziest studio. Follow along while I build it.

Small room and bigger plan. I’m documenting the whole build here, the messy parts too. If you want a spot in the first small-group sessions, visit my site and book.

Strength training, running, and Pilates have each shaped how I move and how I coach.

I’ve had the privilege of training and learning under incredible mentors in each discipline. The Natalia Method brings that experience together: the progression of strength training, the endurance of running, and the precision and control of Pilates.

I’m more than any one type of coach. My work is to bring those tools together in a way that makes sense for you—your goals, your body, and your experience.

Personal training, made more personal. And more accessible.

One of my biggest goals in opening Studio Natalia was to make individualized, effective training more affordable without sacrificing the quality of coaching.

Combining strength training, Pilates, and mobility, every session is designed around your goals, with hands-on corrections, personalized programming, and attention to the little details that make a big difference.

Ways to train:
• Private 1:1 — Fully customized training
• Duets — Train with a partner
• Small groups (3–4) — Starting at $30/person, or $25 with eligible packages

Bring your friends, share the cost, and make training part of your weekly routine. More personal attention, better movement, and real progress.

I started out over a decade ago personal training with a passion to help others achieve their goals, form healthy habits and just feel better about themselves. One of my favorite parts of personal training is getting to work with people individually, understanding how they move, what they need, and what they’re working toward.

At Studio Natalia, training is never one-size-fits-all. I combine strength training, Pilates, and functional movement to create sessions that are challenging, effective, and specific to you.

I prioritize form, intentional programming, and understanding why we’re doing something are just as important to me as the workout itself.

Ways to train:

• 1:1 Private Training — Individualized programming and coaching built entirely around your goals.

• Duet Sessions — Train with a friend or partner while still getting personal attention.

• Small Groups (3–4) — A little more energy, the same attention to form, technique, and quality of movement.

My approach is strength-focused, rooted in Pilates, and always tailored to the person in front of me. Expect to work at whatever capabilities you have that day towards the goals you set with me and build a community in a warm, welcoming environment ready for all those looking to grow.

Now booking at Studio Natalia. DM or e-mail me to schedule consult or reserve training time.
