A guy texted Vince a photo of the bottle: "this stuff sucked." Vince's response? Challenge accepted. Then the grip technique talk went somewhere else entirely.

Almost took myself out before the lesson even started 😭🌸⚾️

I used to step into the cage trying to crush every single ball. The harder I tried, the more tense I got, and my swing started falling apart. A whole lot of effort just to miss 😂

What’s been clicking for me lately? Swinging smoother. Not slower. Relaxing at the plate, trusting my swing, and letting the barrel work instead of trying to force a home run every time.

Watching MLB hitters, that’s something that stands out to me. They make powerful swings look effortless. I’m still figuring out my own swing, but staying loose has been making a difference.

Anybody else have to remind themselves to stop trying to kill the ball? 👀👇

Irons talk got honest fast. Jesse knew better than to say a word. His face didn't get the memo.

Vince went from racing dirt bikes to golf and couldn't stand how bad his grips felt. Google said dish soap. He had other plans. @get_geko
