Happy September 🥵
If you’re like me, 2020 has felt like the slowest year (new year’s feels like decades ago) and also the fastest (where did the summer go?!)
How ever you look at it - this year has been DIFFERENT. When I look back on late 2019 me who had big ideas about what 2020 and the new decade would bring, I can’t help but laugh. I definitely didn’t foresee THIS.

However - what we were really craving when we talked about the ~new decade~ was radical transformation. A new decade feels like a good time to shake things up, finally do that thing you’ve been wanting to do, be that person you wanted to be.

Though none of us would have asked for this 2020 if given the choice, there’s no doubt it has planted the seeds for radical transformation. It has put us face to face with the big questions: who am I when I’m alone? What do I actually enjoy doing and what do I do to please others? What really matters to me?

Reflect on how this year so far has made you feel. What has made you uncomfortable, uneasy. Sit with that discomfort, face it head on, and watch the growth begin 🌱
