Time to throwaway the old plastic toothbrush that is continuously putting micro plastics in your mouth.
I saw this advertised and thought I'd give it a go and so far it feels really good to use it would definitely recommend it.
Contains real horse hair and bamboo and the best thing is it can stand up all by itself.

So you train hard, you’re sweating buckets, your genes are basically dictating how much you’re losing. Your diet handles most of it, but you still get depleted.

Get your bloodwork done. Know what you’re missing. Then actually supplement based on that, not just whatever’s trending.

That’s why I landed on Shilajit @getequil , third-party tested, sustainably sourced. It does something when you’re serious about recovery and performance

I’ve spent the last week staying with T & Graedon, co-founder of @getequil , and you BET they got me onto the shilajit 😂

I’ve been converted.

My favourite discovery: this ginger + shilajit infusion 🤌🏽 AND learning how to actually prepare the resin properly.

If you’ve tried shilajit before, you might know the struggle… trying to get that sticky resin off the spoon 😅 Turns out the trick is to let it sit in warm water for a few minutes and dissolve on its own. Equil’s little shilajit spoon makes this so much easier.

I haven’t been taking it consistently enough yet to give you a proper personal review — so more on that later — but one thing I DID learn:

SHILAJIT IS NOT JUST FOR MEN.

Some of the potential benefits being studied include:

⚡ supporting energy + reducing fatigue
💪 supporting physical performance + recovery
🧠 cognitive + brain health support
🦴 supporting bone health, particularly as we age
🌿 antioxidant + anti-inflammatory activity
🪨 naturally contains fulvic acid + a range of trace minerals

And an important one: quality really matters with shilajit. Because it’s a naturally occurring substance, it should be purified and third-party tested for heavy metals and contaminants. @getequil ‘s is third-party tested. ✓

Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and always check with your health practitioner if you’re taking medications or have any health conditions.

Have you tried shilajit before? And if you have… HOW were you getting it off the spoon? 😂

You can use my code EARTHIC for 15% off at @getequil — they also have 5-HTP, which some of you might have seen me share before.

And a big thank you to T & G for nourishing me in all the best ways this week 🥹🌿

Lately I’ve been using the Shilajit resin from @getequil and it’s become a really beautiful addition to my daily routine.

Shilajit is a natural mineral-rich resin that’s been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine and is known for supporting energy production, stamina, cognitive function and overall vitality. It’s naturally rich in fulvic acid and trace minerals, which helps support nutrient absorption and healthy mitochondrial function, meaning it works at the level of your cells to help your body produce energy more efficiently.

I’ve been loving making in just with hot water and honey as a morning drink, my new favourite way to start the day 🌻

Also the team is made of absolute legends and worth checking their page for a good laugh @getequil 🫶🏼

This one’s a little different. After dealing with what feels like constant winter sickness, a friend recommended I look into shilajit. I’m not taking it because it’s a miracle cure - I’m just genuinely fascinated by its ancient origins and curious to see whether two weeks of consistently taking it makes any difference to my own energy and wellbeing.

This isn’t medical advice or a recommendation, just me documenting a personal experiment and sharing the journey. Let’s see what happens.

Men's testosterone & sperm counts are at an all time low.

Not because of age - but as a tax of the modern world.
Plastic bottles. Tap water. Seed oils. Pesticides. EMF's. Blue light. Endless stress - even "woke" society.

A thousand small leaks, slowly draining the fire.

But the good news is, most of the levers are in our own hands.

This month's BROS online circle:
🔥 RECLAIM THE FIRE: Building testosterone, energy & purpose in the modern world.

We'll break down what might be draining you - and the simple, ancient practices that help to build it back.

Then we drop into brotherhood.

Led by Graedon Parker, Benjamin Jackson, Uncle Todd Flashman & the BROS Leadership community.

Real kōrero. Real brothers.

Join us Tuesday 14th July, 7-9pm on Zoom.
