Another epic Cook and Learn in the books! This time we went on a flavor adventure—think shakshuka, shawarma, and a mango-cilantro-avocado salad that was so good, it might’ve triggered a marriage proposal. We also whipped up lemon bars, beet muffins (because who doesn’t want to sneak veggies into dessert?), berry crumble, and biscuits that practically begged for a “Great British Bake Off” handshake.

But it wasn’t just about the food! We covered everything from food sensitivities (aka “Why does bread hate me?”), peri-menopause (hot flashes, we’re coming for you!), daily detox tips (because who wants to wait until January?), and intermittent fasting (or as I like to call it, “I swear I’m just ignoring my fridge right now”).

Shoutout to @kansascityhealthclub for the ginger shots that made us feel like superheroes in one spicy gulp! 🥳💪#cookingathome #cookingclass #functionalmedicine #hormonalimbalance #bloatingremedy #healthcoaching
