MINDSET MONDAY: Surface Level Self-care 💇🏽‍♀️💅🏽
•
LOOK GOOD! FEEL GOOD! DO GOOD!! Can’t nobody tell me nothing when I get my hurrrr done BYE FELICIA *swings braids* 😂😂

Yes, sweat is my highest form of self-care (peep my cute rumble gear 😜) that helps me live my best life from the inside out BUT! sometimes “surface” self-care like getting your hair, nails, brows done or even a massage can inject so much joy into your life. Doing “the work” aaaalll the time can be heavy. This week let’s find a lil joy.

I want to encourage you to do something small that brings you joy and watch how your happiness affects your entire week!

What surface self-care brings you the most joy??

PS: shout out to my girl @getkapturedbykay for slaying my life!!!
