INTERVIEW TIME❗❗❗

I’m Georgia and I’m 33 from Nottingham. I work for the NHS and have been an outdoor enthusiast for as long as I can remember! As a child I was very fortune to travel the UK and Europe with family in our camper van which is where my love for the outdoors began.

my favourite hike to date was the Fairfield horseshoe back in early 2025. The views were absolutely insane, I got my first cloud inversion and it was my first sunrise hike with an actual sunrise! 🤣 A veryyy close 2nd “outdoor fave” has got to be camping at Priest Hole with my friend Evie. First cowboy camp and it was stunning! Such a wicked experience.

My Favourite outdoor gear has got to be my Mammut Protect Down sleeping bag. The most insane bit of kit I’ve ever used, genuinely never felt something so snug and the arm holes for those morning mountain brews are an absolute game changer! In at a close 2nd but at the polar opened of the price scale are B&Ms finest 69p hand warmers! Mega to stick in your gloves, socks and sleeping bag 🙌🏼

2026 is already looking like one hell of a year! Since building my wild camping confidence and kit last year I’ve got some big thru hike sends in the diary. First up is a joint birthday trip to Scotland with mama Bear, then the Cumbria way around spring/summer time solo and Hadrians wall coast 2 coast with my little brother and mumzy in September. However being fortunate enough to usually have a pretty decent shift pattern I try and squeeze in as many little adventures whether that’s solo or a last minute mooch with the gang!

For all outdoor snenanigans, Tom foolery, inappropriate humour and cooking on fire you can find me predominantly on IG but TikTok also at @getlostwithgeorgia and for the older cool dudes I’m on Facebook under the government official Georgia Wickham. Finally huge thank you & big snogs for all the continued support, the outdoor community genuinely is the best place 💘

In honour of International Women’s Day, I wanted to celebrate the women who make up the heart of my life. The ones who show up with open arms, loud laughs, deep chats, wild ideas, soft landings, and unconditional love.

Every single one of you brings something different to the table. Wisdom, chaos, honesty, humour, courage, comfort, perspective… and somehow when we’re all together it creates the safest, funniest, most beautiful space I’ve ever known.

A table where you can arrive exactly as you are. No masks, no judgement, just love. Always a seat, always support, always someone ready to hype you up or hold your hand when life gets a bit wobbly.

I’m endlessly proud of the women you are and endlessly grateful that our paths collided in this lifetime. You inspire me daily and I hope you always know there will forever be a place for you at my table.

February's highlights: Wales camping trip, Tryfan north ridge climb, and wedding speech done! @peaksandpubs kicked off 2026 with a hike and it was great to see everyone. Trip down south, a couple of park runs, and enjoyed plenty of food.
