Out with the old, in with the new 🚽✨
This toilet used to run nonstop — day and night, no relief. We swapped it out for a new elongated model, upgrading from the old round bowl for a more comfortable, modern fit. No more phantom flushing, no more wasted water.
Toilet running nonstop? Don’t wait for the water bill to tell you — DM us or book a call, link in bio.

Closed on the sale of a 32-unit apartment complex in Georgia — a partnership, and the first multifamily property I ever bought. It was a calculated risk. The numbers made sense. And fortunately, it paid off.

I didn’t fully know what I was stepping into. It became the deal that taught me more than any other — my own version of earning an MBA.

The biggest takeaway from this deal wasn’t:
• How to structure a business plan
• How to manage apartments remotely
• How to structure a partnership
• How to buy out a business partner
• Or even how to handle a disgruntled tenant fraudulently deeding themselves the property (a story for another day)

It was simply: Just start.

Like many, I’ve been guilty time and time again of overanalyzing — waiting for all the facts or the perfect scenario before making a move.

I’m grateful I made the decision to move forward with just enough information on this one.

Just start.

Onward!

I build wheels with pride for some of the best riders in the sport. Take for example @chacelawton. Taking the win at this years Mini O’s in 250 B SX. To say that I am proud of his accomplishments would be one thing, but having the trust of his family to use me is the absolute best. It’s not just this one rider, it’s each and every parent or rider that contacts me. Good luck to everyone in attendance at Mini O’s 2024. I hope you guys have a successful and memorable week!
