Tori Hanna shares why great leaders support every teammate, celebrate small wins, and help every player feel valued. Most athletes go into tryouts focused on what could go wrong. ❌ Don't drop the ball. ❌ Don't miss the shot. ❌ Don't make mistakes. But according to Tori Hanna, confidence comes from focusing on what you can control. When athletes focus on controllable actions instead of potential mistakes, performance tends to take care of itself. What is one thing every athlete should focus on during tryouts? #Tryouts #YouthSports #AthleteDevelopment

Our middle school students got BRAVE by sharing things like their biggest fears and the most scared they’ve been in their lives. By sharing their stories, our middle schoolers learned more about themselves, their Delbarton brothers, and walked away more confident. Thank you to BRAVE for visiting our campus!

Growth isn’t just for our athletes. One of the things we love most about our partnership with Brave Enterprises is that it challenges everyone—including our coaches. The same tools we’re helping our players develop—confidence, communication, resilience, and the willingness to step outside their comfort zone—are the same skills our coaches continue to strengthen. Because the best coaches never stop learning. When our coaches grow, they’re even better equipped to lead, support, and inspire the girls they work with every day. Thank you to Coach Crista Samaras and the Brave Enterprises team for continuing to invest in our entire PPLC community. 🎥 @game.point.visuals for @gausmedia Group #PremierPride #MoreBrave #GirlsLacrosse #Leadership #GrowthMindset

One of our favorite parts of our ongoing partnership with Brave Enterprises is watching our athletes light up. 💙💚 Every Brave session is filled with energy, laughter, connection, and powerful reminders that confidence is something we practice every day. Coach Crista Samaras has an incredible way of reminding our girls of something we already know: You are awesome. We’re grateful to continue bringing Brave’s message to our PPLC athletes and helping them build confidence that extends far beyond the lacrosse field. 🎥 Video: @game.point.visuals for @gausmedia Group #PPLC #MoreBrave #GirlsLacrosse #Confidence #Leadership
