Busy day today and just enough time to squeeze in a 4 mile weighted vest run before picking up the kids from school. Of all the weight vests I’ve tried, this 20lb version from @getpolyfit is my favorite. Between the weight distribution and the way it fits, it’s well worth the upgrade from most of the amazon stuff I see people wearing.

4.5 miles w/ my trusty 20lb @getpolyfit weight vest in the books✌️ I’ve put about 20 miles on the @mounttocoast C1’s and absolutely LOVE them! Well worth the money!
