Expressing the qualities we built throughout the offseason and preseason during our in-season training..

After our prep work our first block focuses on defensive line–specific movement, incorporating get-offs both with and without med balls, along with low-volume strength plyometrics work..

I never got into coaching for quick money and lack of depth sessions.. It’s always been a lot deeper for me than that..

I remember getting disqualified from the police academy in the fall of 2022 due to being color blind..

At that point, I didn’t really know which direction I was going to go in. All I knew was that I had dealt with a lot of personal issues and trauma leading up to that point, and I had a lot of experiences and lessons that I hoped people could learn from through my story..

By the grace of God, He has allowed me to be a full-time trainer for the past three years. Since day one, my goal has been to pour into people in a way that helps them become better than me, learn from the things I’ve dealt with from childhood through adulthood, in hopes that they experience real transformation in their own lives..

It’s always been bigger than me, and it always will be. Everything I have, everything I’ve learned, and every opportunity I’ve been given is a gift from above..
