I was in Egypt in February and went to a soft opening… I took some videos for my brother’s channel #getswamped because, after all, way before Raiders of the lost Ark… His obsession with Sobek, drew me into ancient Egypt! #gem

This is Mohamed Gamal Saleh giving us a tour of this world wonder in February… I have never known a 12-year-old to be so interested in museums as my son (and he has shown this from the age of seven)#grandegyptianmuseum #gem ! This was his true defining moment… He came away, so proud of his Egyptian heritage

#grandegyptianmuseum #GEM… I recorded this in February during the soft open… I was incredibly excited and out of breath as I had to run this museum about four times… Had to do this for my brother because he’s loved Sobek the crocodile God since he was a child… in between my brother‘s obsession, and Raiders of the lost Ark I became enamored with ancient Egypt when I was a kid! #getswamped
