🔥 TORONTO — THIS FRIDAY! 🔥

This Friday, September 18th is our last @Reggaddiction show in Toronto for 2026 and after the year we’ve had, we’re going out with a bang. 💥

It’s been a seriously wild year for the band. We’ve released a slew of new music, including “Drift Away,” which dropped just last week. We’ve toured all over Ontario, hit some incredible clubs & festivals, and this past April we took the music down to Jamaica, playing shows in Negril. We even brought the legendary Pinky Dread up to Canada to join us on stage.

And now… we’re going into hibernation. 🐻🌴

For the next few months, we’ll be woodshedding and working on our next album— our reggae interpretation of The Band’s *The Last Waltz. It’s a pretty ambitious project, and we can’t wait to dig into it.

But first… ONE LAST TORONTO SHOW.

This Friday at The Rivoli, we’re sharing the stage with Andru Branch & The Halfway Tree and DJ Friendlyness of The Human Rights.

And there’s an extra-special connection to this lineup: all three acts are nominated for @reggaenorthmusicawards Band of the Year!🏆

This one is going to be special.

That’s a wrap on Soundtrack of the City 2026! 🎶❤️

We closed out this year’s concert series on Emancipation Day with Reggae Royalty, a joyful celebration of freedom, resilience, culture and community through the timeless music of Bob Marley and Marcia Griffiths. 🇯🇲

D.M. and Tesharah brought the bandshell to life as families danced, sang and celebrated together. It was the perfect ending to a summer that took us from Kings of Pop to Country Royalty, Kings of Soul and finally, Reggae Royalty.

Across four concerts, Soundtrack of the City carried our memories, connected generations and created space for communities to come together.

Thank you to every artist who shared their gift, every community member who joined us and the incredible team at @hamilton_civicmuseums and Fieldcote Memorial Park & Museum for helping make this series possible.

Until the next soundtrack… 🎵

Massive thanks to @cityofkitchener and @regionofwaterloo and @fifa for inviting #Reggaddiction to play at the #fifaworldcup2026 #canadacelebrates event over the weekend at #carlzehrsquare

Love it when a special event gets so many people together to experience a little bit of "One Love" energy.

As we gear up for our next Soundtrack of the City, we’re looking back at an unforgettable afternoon celebrating the music of Michael Jackson and Usher with Ralph Nyoni and Tyshan Knight.

If you missed the first concert, don’t make the same mistake twice.

Join us on July 11 as Country Royalty takes the stage, celebrating the music of Shania Twain and Chris Stapleton, featuring JennaNation and Jesse James, all set against the beautiful backdrop of Fieldcote Memorial Park & Museum.

Bring your lawn chair, bring your friends, and experience an evening of incredible live music under the summer sky.

🎟️ See you July 11!

Resonate Moments | 01 — Love
(D.M. – Soul Provider)

Some songs don’t just sound good… they remind us of what really matters.

During the Love chapter of Resonate: D.M. delivered a beautiful rendition of Soul Provider by Romain Virgo, a reminder that love has a way of carrying us through the seasons we can’t always put into words.

One of the things we loved most about this year’s concert was watching each artist take ownership of the message they were given to share. This moment was one of them.

Sometimes music isn’t just entertainment.
Sometimes it’s exactly what the soul needs.

What song has carried you through a difficult season?

What happens when music becomes more than entertainment?

You hear it in the stories.

A room full of strangers feels like home.
A musician leaves inspired to keep creating.
Memories are awakened through songs that shaped a lifetime.
Community is built through a shared experience.

That was Resonate: Steel & Soul.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, performed, volunteered, partnered, and helped bring this vision to life. We set out to create an experience where music could connect, heal, and inspire, and hearing your reflections reminds us why this work matters.

Music as medicine. Community as the prescription.

What a night. 🕯️ ✨

Last night, United in Light brought our community together for an unforgettable evening of music, connection and inspiration. From classical piano and opera to soul, reggae and Broadway, each performer filled the room with extraordinary talent, creating a truly magical atmosphere illuminated by candlelight.

Thank you to our incredible performers for sharing your gifts and helping create an experience that united us all.
