4.56 points across two days. That is what kept Rio Valley Meat ahead of fourth place at the All-American Smoke Off, and it was worth a seat at the BBQ World Cup, where $1,000,000 is waiting. 🔥

Two KCBS contests on back-to-back days at Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino in New Mexico, and both BBQ World Cup seats decided on the combined two-day score.

Janky Leg BBQ topped the combined standings with 1,411.34: Reserve on Day 1, Grand Champion on Day 2. They already hold a seat from Jack Daniel's, so the two seats went to the next two teams in line.

The Pitfather BBQ, 2nd with 1,406.19.
Rio Valley Meat, 3rd with 1,404.48. Fred Robles and his team from Weslaco, Texas.

Both are headed to Las Vegas. Day 1 Grand Champion Gettin' Basted finished 5th across the two days.

Swipe for the combined top 30 and the top five in every category from both days.

Branson, Missouri restaurant rumors 👀 I’ve heard changes might be coming to Side Chick, plus talk of a new restaurant. Justine hadn’t heard this one either. Nothing confirmed yet, but apparently my mouth didn’t get the memo about keeping secrets. Stay tuned, Branson Besties.

Fall weddings are right around the corner, and we had to take a minute to look back at Corryne & Matt’s day.

It feels like yesterday they were saying “I do” with Table Rock Lake behind them and dancing the night away inside. We loved getting to celebrate with these two.

Looking for outdoor fun in Branson… and not just shows to watch? 👇🏻

Our family loves exploring Dogwood Canyon (we recommend the tram or renting bikes), spending the day on Table Rock Lake (rent a pontoon!), riding the Mountain Coaster at night, and cooling off on the water slide at Stormy Point Village or the Park creek in town.

Branson has so much more to offer for summer fun! 💙

🔥 The road to one million just went global. This past weekend, two BBQ World Cup qualifiers sent three new teams toward Las Vegas.

In Velika Gorica, Croatia hosted its first-ever KCBS qualifier, and @brad_gettinbasted and @gettinbasted took the win, the only team ever named KCBS Team of the Year three times. Back home in Greenwood, the South Carolina Festival of Discovery sent two more: Grand Champion @cocamokesmokebbq and Reserve Grand Champion @maya_jane_bbq

That puts the 2027 field at 44 teams, with 56 seats still open for a shot at one million dollars.
