Those little giant pleasures….
Happy Monday friends, how do you take care of our environment?
Earth Day is coming , a wonderful opportunity to make awareness! 💚

#earthmonthliforme

I am totally into
nature preservation, this is my garden and we all in the family take care of it ,we have an orchard at home and since my kids were little participate in the harvesting, we separate organic debris at home and mostly coffee and our daily juicing we transform into composta for our garden and orchard, my children recycled since little, we have solar panels, we do not use plastics, either💚

I adore this incredible #inversionflow ❤️

Happy Friday ! 💜ready for weekend?
Super Soldier Is a wonderful practice ( one of my faves) that gives us the opportunity OF STABILIZATION in every Sense If practiced slow AND steady into a long hold of calmness without anxiety or rush.
💜It is not about how the pose looks, but how you enter it and the journey into it💜
One of my favorite ways to ENTER the pose FOR getting the most benefits of controlled mind body breath connection as well as achieving a LONG STEADY HOLD
IS FROM DEEP HUMBLE WARRIOR SEQUENCE

CAN you feel the ease in spite of the STRENGTH in the effort?

💜Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

In my darkest days ( I have plenty with spine chronic pain but easily manage with this practice )
✨👉I connect with my inner light , and it is not in between walls meditation or gym noise , but the best way is walking and movement meditation in sunshine and the sound of my multiple birds I have living in my garden .
#thisis61

✨Did you know I have a magical humming bird among them that follows me around my home through every window? So I meet him here lol

Welcome to Day 1

👉This Virkasana TREE Pose Flow Focus Fascia( Watch carefully movement of Hands and FEET and how you enter the poses) is a perfect
NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION & GROUNDING

✨Barefooted absorbs energy and FASCIA gets HYDRATION through movement ( no long holds here)

@jefoo_official #
My sunnies : protect your eyes.

✨And yess I adore flowy pants and skirts for Fascia work that allows it to breathe and oxigenate, not tight shorts or tight clothes.
