A class-action lawsuit accusing Spotify of allowing billions of fake streams for Drake and other major artists has been dismissed for good.

Filed by rapper RBX (Eric Collins), the suit alleged that Spotify turned a blind eye to streaming fraud, costing other artists their fair share of royalties.

On Monday (Oct. 26), a federal judge dismissed the case with prejudice, ruling that RBX failed to establish plausible legal wrongdoing by Spotify.

Although Drake was not named as a defendant, the lawsuit repeatedly cited his streaming numbers as an example of the alleged problem.

Everything we know about the lawsuit and its dismissal is at the link in bio.
