Fall adventures, playground fun, and busy days call for a little first aid prep! 🩹

I’m keeping @getwelly Antiseptic Wipes in my everyday bag for those unexpected little “owies” along the way! They’re made without alcohol or fragrance, and the compact, resealable pack makes them easy to take wherever the day leads.

Even better?! You can get $2 cash back on Welly Antiseptic Wipes purchased in-store at @target through Hummingbirds Offers! Just upload your receipt to Hummingbirds by October 31st to claim your offer.

A little prep means we can spend less time worrying about the little scrapes and more time enjoying all the fun! Check out my link in bio for the offer!

A little peek at what gets me through those long tourney days! This one was local, so I got to pack a little lighter than I normally would for an out-of-town weekend.

I’m great at reminding the boys to hydrate, but not always great at taking my own advice. Starting my day with a Liquid I.V. is an easy win for me, and the new Blood Orange flavor is by far my favorite.

A little extra? Probably. But the boys loved them! I grabbed the patches and ribbon from Michaels, and these slides were already a few years old and starting to get a hole in the top. So really, I was just being resourceful, right?

Long tournament days call for caffeine. Sometimes a little more than usual. I love that this gives me some protein, fiber, and electrolytes along with it. And seriously, I’d choose this over anything at the fields or even Starbucks!

Because when your kid is in goal and the finals come down to penalty kicks, you need all the calm you can get. I’ve been trying these caffeine-free gummies as part of my routine, and that little packet is so easy to toss in my bag.

I love a little sweet treat, my wallet does not love concession stand prices. We’ve tried to eliminate red dye in the house where we can, so these are pretty much a guilt free treat the whole family can enjoy.

I don’t think we’ve ever made it through an entire tournament weekend without someone needing a Band-Aid. And somehow, it’s usually one of my own kids.

And of course, the most important thing I bring is my cheering voice ✨ Because no matter what else is in my bag, being there for them is my favorite part.

Between playground adventures and everyday chaos, our first aid kit definitely gets a workout

We’ve been a Welly bandage family for years, so naturally, I had to grab their First Aid Wipes on my latest Target run 💛

Because the adventures aren’t stopping anytime soon, and this mama likes to be prepared 🥰
