Antwerp, you really showed up 🖤🔥 Three days of prints, posters, talks, workshops, dancing, chaos and so much creative energy at @usbynightfest Huge love to everyone who came by, joined in and made our Makerslab feel alive and to the people who helped make it possible: @pieterboels @dewieuw @amplo_vl @gezeever @superdruk.be @antwerpposterfestival @woutervanrymenant @jannefr1 @jillostrations @sebacuri + the whole @usbynightfest crew 🙌 We’re insanely proud of this creative community🫶 You make Antwerp what it is 🥹 UBN theme song 🎶 by @borokovborokov #throwback 🎞️ by @nikaprokopenka #creativecommunity #antwerp #UBN2026

More making, more sharing, more supporting each other🚀🤘 #support #creative #together

EXTRA PORTION! Don’t we all want more of the good things in life? Like an extra plate of fries or cute fruit art (swipe)? I had never touched a sewing machine before this year’s Zomeracademie, but now I’m addicted. Many, many thanks to Jasper and Els @gezeever for their expert guidance in making this flag.

For those who didn’t get to make a wish in our wishing well during the @antwerp.fashionfestival you are in 🍀. You can still find us @thesuhb all summer long along with dreamy analogue photos from the creative duo @keigowezel + @sofisabel.rd #antwerpfashionfestival #upcycle #knitwear #kisseswithsaliva #gezeever

A central theme to our showroom was the ‘wishing’ well because well let’s face it-being an independent fashion brand requires a lot of wishful thinking. It’s a path that’s not the easiest to walk (hence the shoes) but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We want to thank @edithteddie for making our wish come true and helping us realize the well. We want to thank the @kringwinkel.antwerpen @kringwinkel for donating 100 pairs of shoes to us and lastly we want to thank the @antwerp.fashionfestival @flandersdistrictofcreativity for the grant which helped pay for the materials to construct the well. You can still experience our showroom @thesuhb for the next coming month.

Blue on white, printed in Antwerp. Our REantwerp T-shirts are screenprinted in a bright blue at Gezeever, a local atelier just around the corner. Close by, hands-on and with the same love for craft. Each piece carries the REantwerp spirit: simple, strong and made with care — from the choice of fabric to the final print. Available now at REantwerp. . "RED BLOB" Last summer I learned how to do silkscreen printing @gezeever and today I finally started printing my first print. Thanks @els_baeten for explaining me the whole proces. Today I printed this red blob form that I had first cut out of a black piece of paper. I used my big round lino gouge to cut all the little holes. I'm planning on doing a lot of designs specifically for silkscreen that have nothing to do with my other work like the found objects series. Well, probably my favorite forms (the cocoon) and colors will pop up. But this is also the preparation to get to the really large blow up prints of some of the found objects that I will be showing @biaf_artfair. I hope I can get the first large scale found object prints ready for a preview this summer at the group show @dewieuw ____ Silkscreen print Ink on A3 paper #printmaking #contemporary #art
