TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL GOES INTERNATIONAL! 🇮🇪🏈

Grapevine Faith is getting ready to play under the Friday Night Lights…in Ireland! Seriously! They’re overseas right now taking Texas high school athletics international! 🇺🇸✈️🇮🇪

The Lions are set to take the field Friday in Ireland, facing Ambassador Christian School from North Carolina in non-district action! 🏈 That’s quite the away game!

But it’s not just the football players…Grapevine volleyball, cheer and dance teams, along with members of the band, are all there for an unforgettable trip leading up to the Lions’ appearance in the Global Ireland Football Tournament.

And they’ve been busy! So far, the students have:
☘️ Trained in the Gaelic Games
🏘️ Explored the historic town of Maynooth
🇮🇪 Toured Dublin
🏈 Practiced daily
📣 Held a pep rally in Merrion Square in the heart of Dublin

And the adventure isn’t over yet! The group will also attend TCU’s season opener against North Carolina in Dublin on Saturday!

What an absolutely unforgettable experience for these Grapevine Faith students. 🇮🇪❤️🏈

We have completed two more competitions and our “dancing queens” have brought home two more overall grand champion trophies.
Proud is an understatement!
