So, as part of my nutrition assignment, I calculated my BMI and BMR, and now we’re getting into the real stuff: what I actually eat in a day. 👀

I usually start my morning with a glass of milk and a few dates, followed by brunch, which can be anything from boiled eggs to French toast. Basically, depends on the mood. 😂

Since I have brunch, I usually don’t feel hungry around lunchtime. So instead of having another meal, it’s mostly water o’clock for me. The only problem? I genuinely forget to drink water. 😭 Even when the weather is dry, mjhy yaad hi nhe rehta! So I have to make a conscious effort to keep sipping throughout the day. And sometimes, I’ll make myself a cup of lemon or ginger tea because why not? A little something warm and refreshing. ☕️

Then comes the evening, when I finally have my main meal. Usually roti or rice with salad and yogurt. Nothing too fancy, just ghar ka khana. 🤍

And that’s pretty much my usual routine! Not a perfectly planned diet, not some fancy fitness influencer meal plan, just me figuring things out and learning more about my nutritional needs along the way. ✨

5 fat loss myths jo har Karachi ghar mein sunne ko milte hain 👇

Roti band karo. Raat ko khana mat khao. Chai chhor do. Itna pasina bahao ke kapray geelay ho jayein. Subah garam paani mein lemon.

Sab kuch try kar liya, phir bhi scale wahi ka wahi? It's not that you didn't try hard enough. You were following rules that were never the real reason fat loss happens.

Here's the truth:
• No single food makes you fat. Roti isn't the enemy; 4 roti plus a second plate of salan is a different story.
• Dinner at 10pm is fine if your total food for the day fits your goal. Karachi mein late dinner normal hai, plan around it.
• You don't need to quit chai. Sugar kam karo, cups kam karo.
• Sweat is water, not fat.
• No drink burns fat. Not green tea, not detox water.

What actually works is boring, and it works: a small calorie deficit, protein in every meal, daily steps, strength training 3 times a week, and proper sleep.

Agar aap yeh sab ghar ka khana khaate hue karna chahte ho, without a crash diet, comment COACH and I'll reach out.

#fatlosspakistan #karachifitness #fatlossmyths #desifatloss Seven-slide carousel titled '5 fat loss myths jo har Karachi ghar mein sunne ko milte hain'. Each slide shows a common myth, such as cutting roti, not eating after 8pm, quitting chai, sweating equals fat loss and detox drinks, stamped MYTH, then the truth beneath it. The last slide lists what works: calorie deficit, protein, steps, strength training and sleep.
