More than 1 in 4 people say they’re worried their screen time is hurting their connection to the physical world. And there’s a growing body of research behind what we already intuitively know: getting out into the real world is good for us.

As little as 20–30 minutes spent in nature has been shown to lower cortisol, while time outdoors can help restore attention and support working memory and cognitive flexibility. And when we’re fully absorbed in what we’re doing — moving, making, exploring, listening, playing — we create the conditions to get out of our heads and into a flow state.

In other words: being present is good for our brains and bodies. Swipe to meet four experience creators on Easol building businesses for exactly that →

Digital detox cabins built for life offline. @unplugged.rest has grown from six cabins to locations across the UK, giving city dwellers a 3- or 4-night reset in nature. Guests lock their phones away and swap screens for an Instax camera, books, board games and conversation cards — everything you need to properly switch off and slow down.

Women’s surf retreats built around adventure, community and connection. @aweekawake brings women together at surf spots around the world to surf, explore and step outside their everyday routines, creating space to reconnect with the ocean, themselves and each other. More than a surf trip, each experience is rooted in local culture and designed so guests return home rejuvenated, inspired and part of a global community of “Seasters.”

@lovetrailsfestival started as a gathering of 40 friends and has grown into a 5,000-person celebration of running and music, with its most recent Croatia festival selling out. From guided runs and sea swims to live music, DJs and even races where the clock literally stops so you can enjoy the experience, the festival is about swapping screens for sunsets and rediscovering the lost arts of movement, adventure and being together.

“Unforgettable Silverback Moments in Rwanda — Trek with LUCKYS TRAVEL TOURS LTD” RWANDA 🇷🇼 AFRICA

🌍 Meet Rwanda’s Gentle Giant

On our recent gorilla trekking adventure, our guests were blessed with a once‑in‑a‑lifetime moment: spotting a majestic silverback in his natural habitat.

We could not get enough of watching this gentle giant move gracefully on his knuckles — a sight so powerful, yet so peaceful, that it left us all in awe. “Waauuu!” was the only word that captured the excitement as he showed off his strength and presence.

This unforgettable encounter reminded us why Rwanda is the heart of gorilla trekking. Every step into the forest brings you closer to nature’s wonders, and every trek with Lucky’s Travel Tours LTD Rwanda is designed to create memories that last forever.

✨ Thank you, Silverback, for sharing your world with us.
✨ Thank you, guests, for trusting us to organize this once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience.#vacation #onlinetravelers #digitalmarket #exploretheworld #familyvacation
