And just like that, the 25/26 season comes to an end.

I have shown you PBs. Failures. Podiums. Tears. A Gold Medal. A World record. 🥇

I am so grateful to have reached that level and this is only the start.

But what I’ll remember from the 25/26 season are the hugs. The laughs. The high fives. The support.
The people who made the hard days easier and the good days even better.

Because the best part of racing was never the time on the screen at the end (well, a little bit…)

It was the people I met along the way. ❤️

What happens when you dream big and work hard for it? 🤔

THIS 🥇🌎

HYROX Worlds Championships in Stockholm - you weren’t planned. You were a floating dream I was running after on the treadmill. The “What If” place my mind wandered to while training. A crazy dream only fools have.

Representing @hyrox.france @hyrox_deaf_community @roxproud @prvnfitness was more than little me could hope for. I’ve never been part of a team. Always picked last. So this means the world. 🫶🏻

Thank you @becmasonpt for believing in me when I didn’t. For being the method to my madness, for making sense of this mess 🚀

@ggillatt the world can be a scary place but I’ll always feel safe with you. I love you ❤️

HAPPY 2 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY MY LOVE 😍

2 years ago, we were saying I DO in front of our friends and family. Sun was shining, bubbles were flowing and love was in the air.

It’s not always about training, racing and competitions in our household 😂

For one afternoon, we went on a scavenger hunt in the streets of London Marylebone, thanks to @inthehiddencity

We followed the trail of Sherlock Holmes and his nemesis Moriarty, helped by Dr. Watson.

Then my two bookworms had the time of their lives in not one, but three different bookshops 😂 📕

Emma came home with a stash of YA books to add to her collection and I came back with amazing memories 💕

FITNESS HOLIDAY 🌴🩲

When @ggillatt rightfully called himself a Hyrox widow, we made a small change to the plan and transformed my race trip into our fitness holiday!

Such a great idea 💡

We lounged by the pools, went for walks alongside the beach and ate incredible food. We watched sunsets, laughed and had a great time 💜

I’m so lucky to have a husband who finds solutions and supports me in my crazy endeavours. The “How was your race?” rather than “Another race?!?” husband.

HYROX Malaga 🇪🇸 1:11 Men Open

2’ PB on my best race - 5’ PB on my last race 🤯

This was my A race - the one I was training for.

3.5 months ago, I made the biggest decision an athlete can make during a season and put my training in the hands of Coach @becmasonpt at @prvnfitness 🤩

But I made myself a promise: if I were to do this, I had to take it seriously. No more excuses, missed training or losing sight of my goal.

So I made sacrifices. Everyday up at 5am, training at 6am. Every day. I trained hard, recovered harder. I trusted the process Coach put together. I had to focus.

And it paid off.
Months of work for a few special minutes.
This is the start of something phenomenal!!!

Thank you @becmasonpt for fighting in my corner, your daily support and being there pushing me. 🫶🏻

Thank you to my number one hubby cheerleader, therapist and cook. I love you @ggillatt ❤️

So to celebrate, as per my new tradition, a Spanish fan tattoo to mark this milestone. A step towards sub 70.

11 year ago, we swiped right and we met outside Charing Cross station. 🫶🏻

That’s how every fairytale should start in our day & age.

Mine did. Met my Prince Charming and he’s saving me everyday from the dragons of the modern world ever since. 🗡️

To celebrate, we escaped to the Norfolk countryside to disconnect from life, reconnect with ourselves and each other. Bike ride, food, rest, cuddles, naps and tourism.

Happy Anniversary my hubby. I love you. ❤️

FAMILY HOLIDAY in FRANCE 🇫🇷 ❤️
🥖🥐🍷🍾

This year, we decided to tour France instead of a beach holiday in a hot country.

A very special road trip filled with laughs, conversations and singing. 10 days just for us.

Highlights include: Deauville, Christian Dior’s childhood house, Mont St Michel (dream come true), go ape & giant zip lines, sleeping in a castle, visiting Loire Valley castles, camp in a log cabin in the forest the next day, back to Troyes (my grandparents’ grave, Emma finally met the woman she was named after!) and finish with two days at Disneyland.

Again I wasn’t sure this was for us. But with the best co-pilot @ggillatt and onboard entertainment system Emma - we were made for this!🥰

Bring on Summer 2026 🤩

I LOVE DIGGERS. Yellow diggers. Big diggers. 🚜

It’s a little known fact about me. I collect toy diggers. 19 to date! Some vintage metal ones, Lego ones and modern versions! 😍

So imagine my EXCITEMENT when my husband offered me a JCB Experience at @diggerland.uk in Kent.

I obviously had to wear my @shopcaterpillaruk CAT cap, tee and shoes but true to myself, wore rainbow socks to break the cliches. 🏳️‍🌈

I got to play with dirt all day, on so many diggers!!! And sharing this with my family was even better.

The smile on my face says it all. Don’t grow up, it’s a trap. Play with diggers.

And a passage via the gift shop was compulsory, to get my 20th digger!!

PS: “digger” might be my favourite English word 😂
