“On Participation, Identity, and Cohabitating San Ferdinando” is the conversation I had with the mayor of San Ferdinando and the citizens and nonprofits that participated in the @visioni.collettive.festival in 2023. It is part of the book “Architecture as Commoning Practice” (@ziczic_ 2025), edited by @orsiniale and @nickroseboro. The book presents the activities curated by @architensions and @disio.culturalcentre during the festival, and explores how commoning practices shape the built environment. It also includes the workshops authored by Hilary Sample of @mmmosarchitects, @annapuigjaner and @gguuiilloopp of @maioarchitects, and by Architensions, as well as a text by @marcelolopezdinardi.

EL FUTURO BAJO LOS PIES — thirty texts by me from 2015-2023. Published in Spanish by @como_ediciones. A huge thank you to @gguuiilloopp for his insightful preface; to @wolfgang_tillmans for his generous support with the cover; to Octavi; and most of all @p.ardid whose translation has massively improved the texts (both in clarity and precision). Link in bio! Get it now!

Every few years this person, like a dazzling comet, passes by Australia. Thanks to @keinton, @megafaunafood and @powerhousemuseum we were able to be dazzled all over again tonight. The practice that @annapuigjaner shares with Maria Charneco, Alfredo Lérida and @gguuiilloopp doesn’t produce projects so much as built manifestos, small and large, increasingly ambitious, that try to help us understand that human connections are the real substance of architecture, and that the rest is just packaging. If you’re wondering what that vision might look like please spend some time with the work of @maioarchitects
