Delighted to announce that Local Sensations just received a Special Mention NEW:VISION Award at CPH:DOX 2026!

I would like to thank the jury members, Mads and all of the CPH:DOX team, my wonderful cast and crew, and all the supporters. I truly appreciate this encouragement and energy🙏🙏🙏💝💝💝

The jury said: “A genuinely surprising and beautifully crafted cinematic essay on how to avoid becoming a shrine. Shot on black-and-white 16mm and mixed together with digital footage and animation, the film reimagines the monument as something fluid and unfixed. An architectural film without buildings, it delves into and interconnects diverse poetic instances of Thai society while posing questions like: ‘What if a monument could question history rather than consecrate it?’”

My new film Local Sensations (โลคอลเซนเซชันส์) will be shown as a part of Silpa Bhirasri Creativity Grants 24 exhibition at Art Centre, Silpakorn University (15 SEPT - 22 NOV 2025).

It’s been such a challenging, adventurously bumpy, heart-opening journey for me. Wholeheartedly thankful to those who’ve been involved and supported the project ♥️ More soon!
