"Toolbox-Thursday"

Hier vorliegend; Limited 3 Disc 4K UHD/BD Mediabook

Thank you @samhain4000 for this fun tag!

I would say these are my current top 3 Tarantino flicks. Pulp Fiction will never be dethroned for me, I don't think, but the other two were soo hard to figure out!

How do you pick favorites when it comes to all your favorite films...?! It was soo hard to leave Death Proof and Kill Bill off, but I just couldn't NOT choose Hateful Eight and Inglourious Basterds. They're just masterpieces.

Favorite actor/actress movie stack

I took a week break since my bday and now I’m back! Thought I set up a stack challenge of favorite actor/actress movie stack challenge. One of my favorite actors is Ryan Gosling, and I gathered movies he was part of from my collection that would spell out his full name 🙌🏼

For my 300th post, I want to dedicate this to my birth year, 1984, and compiled a stack of movies from that year. Didn’t realize so many great titles came out in 1984, and I’m so honored to have been born that year.

🎂🥳 Today also marks my 38th birthday, so I also compiled a stack of SteelBooks spelling out HAPPY BIRTHDAY, and a stack of 4k slips which spells out “38”🎉 🥳

Cheers to a healthy, safe and prosperous year! I don’t feel my age and I will be forever young at heart❤️ The key is to drink plenty of water, lots of sleep, exercise and have a daily skin routine haha 💯

What is your favorite 1984 movie?

Japanese Cinema 🇯🇵⛩🌸

This post consists of my entire Japanese cinema physical collection(live action…didn’t include my Anime collection since it’s more than these 😅) Most of these are from my Criterion collection, Best Buy/Fry’s purchases, and overseas non-subtitled movie titles straight from Japan 🇯🇵 (Edit: Totally forgot to add my Best Buy 乱(Ran) & One Cut of the Dead SteelBooks 😅)

Japanese culture has been part of my life growing up, and I felt Japanese cinema needs to be recognized and appreciated just as much as I appreciate Hollywood cinema 🙏❤️ Japanese cinema is known to have these rather unique genres: 時代劇(Historical drama), 怪獣(monster), ヤクザ(Yakuza; gang), ホラー(horror), and the most popular, アニメ(Anime). There are also other genres like comedy, action, drama, thriller , etc just like Hollywood. I plan on exposing myself to more Japanese cinema in the near future☺️

Anyone a fan of Japanese Cinema? ☺️ Share your thoughts! 🙌🏼
