Big congratulations and cheers in honor of the marriage of our Sophie and Will Fernandez on January 18, 2026 - exactly 6 months ago today! I am still thrilled and glowing from the incredible weekend we all shared celebrating the blessing of your union and launch into your next chapter. Yep, this post is B-E-L-A-T-E-D!!! But, it doesn’t diminish the pure joy and gratitude that Sophie and Will’s union created for our families, friends, and everyone they come into contact with. Over the course of our magical wedding weekend in Coral Gables, Little Havana, and other parts of gorgeous Miami, friends and family from all over the country generously showed up to celebrate the couple. While navigating one of the coldest Florida temperatures, Will and Sophie hosted an unforgettable weekend that was warm with love. Beautiful spaces intersected with full hearted supporters of the couple and we had an absolute blast!

I held back at the time for toasts for some silly reason… but, my reflection boils down to this. Sophie and I enjoyed a mother/daughter pre-wedding weekend in Santa Fe last December. It was a precious time together to plan, indulge, and just “be” with my eldest, a month before the big day. I had a chance to check in on a walk and asked, “Do you like who you are when you are with Will? Do you feel like you are your best self?” Sophie said yes, she did, and she kept feeling more and more aligned with who she was in the relationship. I assured her that it was all I needed to know.

Then, the experience of Sophie and Will’s wedding weekend last January, amplified something that everyone who knows them can attest to. You two attract joy, inclusivity and love. Will and Sophie bring out not only the “best self” of each other, but even more so everyone they meet! The heart and fun and thoughtfulness expressed by your friends and family is a result of this incredible duo. I love you and pray that God continues to bless you and everyone you touch!

Enjoy the gorgeous photos everyone!
xoxo Mom
